Türkiye temsilcisi olduğumuz IRC Global Executive Search Partners yıllık toplantısını 45’ten fazla ülkeden birçok meslektaşımızın katılımıyla 15-17 Eylül tarihlerinde Zoom üzerinden gerçekleştirdik.
İşe alımda teknolojinin önemini, işe alımın geleceğini ve veriye dayalı çözümlerin önemini konuştuk. İş ortaklıklarımız ile “gerçek zamanlı iş birliği” kurabilmek adına, teknolojinin avantajlarından faydalanmamız gerekliliğini irdeledik. Küresel ahengi yakalamanın, geleceğe hazırlanmak için ne kadar önemli olduğunu bir kez daha fark ettik.
As a member and the representative of Turkey, we attended the annual meeting of IRC Global Executive Search Partners, the world’s largest executive search alliance. We held our meeting on Zoom between the 15th and 17th September, with the participation of many colleagues from more than 45 countries.
We talked about the importance of technology in search and selection, the future of recruitment and the value of data-based solutions. We discussed the necessity of taking advantage of technology in order to build “real time collaboration” with our business partners. We realized once again how crucial it is to achieve a global harmony to be prepared for the future challenges.
